Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the bottles are tightly sealed to prevent leaks during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and attach the provided shipping label or use a carrier of your choice with tracking enabled.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
